Return Policy

General Rule: As most of the products on ItsWaii are handmade, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons other than quality issues.
  1. Service Scope
    Offer after - sales service for products damaged by quality issues within 30 days of purchase, under normal use. Exclude damage from human factors, accidents, or improper use.
  2. Service Process
    Contact customer service with order number and issue details upon finding quality problems. Customer service will verify and guide troubleshooting, may request photos/videos. Provide free repair for verified quality issues.
  3. Shipping Fees
    Customers cover return shipping for after - sales service. We cover shipping for sending back repaired products.
  4. Disclaimer
    Not liable for incorrect use, self - disassembly damage, non - standard use, or accidents. No responsibility for force majeure - related after - sales delays/failures; will assist in resolving. Handmade products non - refundable unless quality - defective.
  5. General Provisions
